Due to the nature of our products (food items), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products
- Used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Unauthorized Returns
Any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
